How long til I feel better?

Unfortunately, I'm not a fortune teller.  However, in my experience I've found that people benefit the most from chiropractic by periodic (I recommend weekly) spinal checks after a short period of more frequent checks (2-3 times/wk).

Will you exercise, eat better and look for a less stressful job?  All of these things will aid the process.

If you want to lose weight, you'll need to skip more than one dessert.  If you want to bulk up, it will take more than one or two visits to the gym.  If you want to form a new habit, you'll need to persist for weeks and weeks.  How many golf balls would you need to hit to embrace a new swing?

Do you expect to to exude health in one or two visits?  Highly unlikely; it is a process not an event.  Ultimately it is your body that will do the healing not me.  I facilitate your inner healer, and with an optimally functioning nerve system you have a better chance of having the health and life you want!
