Other factors to consider. Will you exercise, eat better, and look for a less stressful job? These things will also impact how quickly you feel better.

In my experience, I've found that people benefit the most by periodic (weekly) spinal checks after a short period of more frequent checks (2-3x/week).

Why so frequently? If you want to lose weight, you need to skip more than one dessert. If you want to bulk up, it will take more than one or two visits to the gym. If you want to embrace a new golf swing, you need to hit many balls.

Getting well is a process not an event.
