In every season of our lives it is imperative to become physically active.  This is never more true than when we step into maturity.  Regardless of whether you are an avid golfer or cyclist, dancer or runner, tennis or softball player it becomes important that you play smarter rather than just pushing harder.

Remember there are advantages to maturity.  It is easy to fall in to the trap of lamenting the loss of physical capability, instead of finding where we are better than ever.  In this course you can expect a conscious connection with the core muscles of the abdominal wall, a retraining and rebalancing of overactive muscle groups, and the improvement of the ability to relax in the midst of training.
